职位描述：
Overview
The IT Services department provides a total IT service delivery mechanism to the business. The group exists to ensure that all business areas receive a service, which allows them to make the best use of information technology. The IT department is organised so that we can deliver a high quality end-to-end service and provide real career and technical development opportunities for all IT Services staff
Key Responsibilities:
Attend to IT Helpdesk hotline and provide frontline telephone support
Identify and allocate support calls
Provide IT administration support services such as IT assets control and users account management
Ensure accurate up-keep of records and reports
Requirements:
University degree in Information Systems or related disciplines
A minimum of one year’s IT experience
Administrative experience in IT environment is essential
Sound IT knowledge, familiar with Microsoft server and office environment
Customer oriented, good telephone manner, helpdesk experience is preferred
Mature and independent with good communication skills
Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
