Key Objective :
first 6 months assists marketing manager export MCA to the destination required
after first 6 months, the main objectives will be marketing intelligence.
Reports to marketing manager China
Job Description
1． Export implementation
a)Export contract (order) processing and keeps track on the implementation of the order and contract archive.
b)Coordinates with related in the Shanghai warehouse, site and Amersfoort office, forwarder and carriers on the arrangement of shipment under Toxic and
T+ regulation (compulsive documents collection and filing
before shipment) to the destination required in accordance with the
terms and conditions stipulated in the contract.
c)Coordinates with related on the settlement and documentation of QDI for exportation
2.Implementation of SAP in the cycle of cash to order for exportation.
3. Helps marketing manager for ISO audit for marketing team
a). Documents collection and preparation for ISO audit
b)Supervises and audits carriers and related contract partner in regular base and provides proper reports in accordance
c)Conducts customer satisfactory service in regular base
d)Monthly activities review as required by ISO
4.MCA export statistic collection in monthly base
5.Assistant marketing manager to collect, organize marketing information, and strategic marketing plan.
Requirement:
University or above with commercial or business background
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office software
Good command of written and oral English
Possess working experiences in processing Orders within manufacturing environment, familiar with transaction of logistics for exportation
Proactive and solution driven.
