职位描述：
1. 负责前台接待，总机转接，快递收发 Telephone transferring, greet visitors and arrange couriers to collect / dispatch outgoing mail
2. 合同协议的归档保管；Document type and filing
3. 文具、低值易耗品的采购领用管理 purchase and keep record on stationery and other office’s goods
4. 定房定票事宜 Travel ticket and hotel booking
5. 文档工作，其他办公室行政事宜 Other admin related jobs.
