职位描述: Responsibility:
1.Conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
2.Set target list for each case, including target company and corporation information for special industry
3.Make the cold call and communicate mostly through the telephone to find potential candidates
4.Arrange face to face interview between candidates and consultants
5.Conduct the telephone screening according to consultants' requirements
6.Be responsible for conducting paper work
7.Data entry and maintain database
8.Get involved in some other relevant responsibilities
Requirements:
1.Junior university students or this year's graduates are preferable
2.Any major will be welcomed only if will be interested in recruitment field
3.Open-minded, patient, detailed, good communication skill and easy to cooperate
4.Smart, diligent and willing to learn
5.Good priority management skill as well as time management skill, and have ability in self-management
6.Good in written & spoken English is plus
7.Good computer literacy
