职位描述：
医学事务部设立区域医学专员职能主要目的是：最新临床信息资料的传递、推动研究者启动的临床试验的开展以及研究结果的发表、协调和加快学术项目的进程。
主要职责：
•快速传递诺华肿瘤产品的最新临床资料和信息，包括诺华肿瘤事业部后续产品的研发进展，以增加学术带头人对诺华肿瘤产品在临床实践使用的认识，满足临床应用的需求。
•在所负责区域内协调并开展诺华肿瘤产品的临床研究
-对于学术带头人提出开展临床研究的兴趣和意向，通过面对面的沟通和讨论，给予快速的反馈和建议。
-协调和推动研究者启动的临床试验（IIT）的开展，并确保临床试验能按照诺华公司对于此类研究要求进行，鼓励研究结果的发表。
-作为在所负责区域内医学事务部的代表，与区域市场和销售同事共同合作确保上市后检测性研究项目（PMS）的执行和完成。
-了解并掌握区域内学术带头人/研究者在临床研究方面的兴趣、专长和经验，建立区域临床试验研究者数据库，并推荐区域内合格研究者参加临床研究（II/III/IV期临床试验）。
-协助建立与区域KOL的学术关系。
-作为在区域中的医学资源，为区域学术教育、销售培训及其他职能部门提供医学支持。
-作为区域与北京总部医学事务部之间的纽带，向医学顾问提供区域中对于产品和医学需求的反馈。
Medical Scientific Liaison function is organized under Oncology Medical Affairs department, they will focus on: Scientific and clinical data dissemination and education to key opinion leaders, Encouraging Investigator Initiate Trials (IITs) and publication of the results, Co-ordinate and facilitate scientific program.
MSL key responsibilities:
•Disseminate update information of clinical data and Novartis Oncology pipelines, to educate key opinion leaders on unmet medical needs and the appropriate utilization of Novartis’ products in clinical medicine
•Clinical trials
-Provide fast response to KOL’s interesting in clinical trials of Novartis products by peer to peer discussion with KOLs
-Co-ordinate and facilitate Investigator Initiate Trials (IITs), to ensure quality control and encourage publication of the results
-Leading PMS implementation in responsible territory
-Identifying KOL/investigators for clinical trials, profile and nominate for placement of phase II/III/IV clinical trials
-Facilitate site recruitment initiatives and resolve ongoing issues if necessary
•Assists in identifying key opinion leaders and develops relationships with these individuals
•Serve as local medical resource for scientific education, field force training, patient education, RDL
•Provides feedback to Medical Advisor on product perception and medical needs from field
