职位描述: Job Roles and Responsibilities
Voice Services Delivery Project Administration.
Daily assignment of voice service projects. Orders are received from internal U.S. IBM customer and U.S. Commercial IBM account teams. In the U.S. orders are then submitted into an ordering template and transmitted to various service providers (such as AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Qwest, MCI), processing of Switched TFNs to the IXC's, processing VONs, creation of billing records, processes completion notes.
Job Requirements & Qualification (skills/experiences)
Strong Microsoft Excel,Word skills and Lotus 123
Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
Telco Provisioning Knowledge
Telecom Communications Technology Knowledge
Investigative analytical skills
Strong Financial Analytic skills in day-to-day work, take initiative to use these Financial skills and provide recommendations to the Team Lead.
Strong English-language Spoken and Written skills, Teamwork, Ability to adapt to change, Organizational/Prioritizing abilities, Ability to assimilate technical and non-technical information
Must be able to demonstrate that they can effectively manage their workloads.

Other Information
Prefer has work experience in the North American telecommunications field with knowledge of Telco provisioning, billing, and a financial background to include cost recovery.
