-Collect and analyze relevant information about product features and costs, supplier strengths and weaknesses, and market trends; identify new product and market opportunities.
-Negotiate with manufacturers on prices, delivery schedule, and purchase terms.
-Establish collaborative relationships with suppliers, understand production processes, and manage delivery lead time.
-Manage warehouse activities, inbound and outbound logistics, ship products accurately and timely, reduce shipping costs, and optimize inventory.
-Translate feedback from sales personnel and customers by solving problems related to technical, service, pricing, and product features.
General Requirements for Positions:
-University graduate (bachelor’s degree) with outstanding academic performance.
-Fluency in Mandarin preferred (but not required).
-English: CET 6 or higher level, fluent in oral and written English.
-Strong drive to succeed, initiative, and integrity.
-Excellent communications and people skills; above average level of empathy.
-Strong data gathering and analytical skills; detail oriented.
-Strong interests in technology, logistics, manufacturing processes, and/or market research; desire to learn business.
