We are a new company focused on billing and provisioning of data services. We work with telecom, retail partners and consumers in the fast-paced environment of Internet services. You will have at least 7 years programming experience in open source environments, and be comfortable working with both internal developers and external partners. You will also be familiar with telecom billing and provisioning platforms, and network application and services. As the Technology Director, you will lead a small team of programmers and QA resources. Fluent English and Mandarin is essential.
