- 生产管理培训生项目
为对生产管理充满激情的优秀大学在校生提供２４个月左右轮岗培训机会，为公司储备优秀的生产管理人才，库柏（中国）于2006年11月份正式启动了生产管理培训生项目。我们将在面试时给出本项目培训流程的具体描述。

- 职位要求：
1. 上海交通大学、上海同济大学、华东理工大学或上海理工大学2. 2007年7月前毕业本科生或研究生；
3. 机械，自动化或电子相关专业；
4. 学习成绩优良，系排名30%以上；
5. 英文口语流利，具有CET-6或以上英语能力；
6. 有校园社会实践以及社会实习工作经验；
7. 对生产管理职业充满激情。

- Operation Management Trainee Program
Provide rotation training opportunities to excellent university students with great passion for Operation Management. We will give you detailed information about the whole program during the interview.

- Job Requirements:
1. Undergraduate or postgraduate students from SJTU, Tongji, ECUST or USST;
2. Will graduate before July 2007.
3. Major in Mechanical, Automation, Electronics and related area;
4. Top 30% excellent students in your major;
5. Proficient in oral English, past CET-6;
6. With Student Union working experience;
7. Have great passion for Operation Management.
