职位描述：
The Technical Services Consultant will work as a member of our expanding Professional Services team responsible for working with the customer to install and support the SolutionIPtm product line.
Position:
Reporting to the VP of Professional Services and Product Development, the Technical Services Consultant will liaise directly with customers to provide:
Training.
Installation.
SolutionIPtm Software Customization.
Project Management.
System Integration, and.
Technical Consulting.
Other duties will include:
Review requirements and write project plans.
Prepare technical estimates of work effort.
Develop and deploy web pages.
Participate in customer meetings.
Support Pre-Sales Engineers.
Liaise with Development Engineers.
Liaise with Support Engineers.
Moderate travel - Valid passport will be required.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in computer science or equivalent.
Experience of programming in a LINUX environment prefered.
Experience of programming in C, Perl/CGI- SQL database experience (Postgres, MySQL) prefered.
Communications programming (strong understanding of TCP/IP communications, UDP, sockets, serial port programming interfacing, etc.).
Network setup and configuration for LINUX Operating System.
A strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Project management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
