Support Account Managers with pre and post- sales customer service and support.
Coordinate with various functions within the company, including operations and engineers to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Resolves production scheduling, shipping and invoicing problems.
Enters sales order information into ERP and other systems, including customer databases.
Attends regular production, project and other meetings as sales department
