职位描述: Duties:
1.Administrate the whole company's accommodation service.
2.Provide surpportive services on expartriate staff's goverment routines on travel and China domicile like Working Permit and Chinese Visa,etc.
3.Provide administrative support to utilities services on electricity,water,rental charge,telephone charge,car insurance etc.
4.Process temporary residence permit routines for chinese staffs if necessary.
5.Manage all company telephone and internet lines.
6.Supervise a team of cleaners for the office.
7.Arrange hotel rooms,cars,and flights for customers or expatriate staff
8.Take up temporary assignments given by HR Manager or Director.
Requirments:
1.College or Degree holder,major in HR Management,Administration Manangement or relative discipline.
2.Familair with Chinese visa application procedure for expatriates.
3.Proficient in MS-Office.
4.Strong communication skill is a Must.
5.Self-driven and independent individuals.
6.Good command of English.
