公司的客户服务部因为营运需要，现招聘一位Intern,工作从三月份开始，到六月底结束，
希望这段时间，能够保证每周五天的工作时间，主要的工作职责为国内订单管理方面的工
作。
具体的职位介绍如下
 
Location:OC HoldCo

Department / Division:Customer Service

Title:   Customer Service Specialist

Summary of responsibility:

· To take and process orders from placement until final delivery 
· To provide required information to enhance smooth and effective flow of the
 orders

ain duties / Principal accountabilities:

· Order Management & Fulfillment Process follow up in Fourth Shift/SAP system
, including import & export orders, domestic orders, e.g. issue  proforma invo
ice to the customer, ensure On Time Delivery, follow business rules, service g
uidelines, verify order price in system, coordinate the shipment with plant an
d forwarder;

·shipping documents handling;

·Responds customer inquiries, return requests and complaints

·Relevant Reporting preparation;

·Close work with customs, vendors, forwarding agent shipping company, bank, c
ustomers, internal customer – sales, finance department, etc.

 Minimum academic qualifications:

·University graduated,

·CET-6 is a must,

 Other essential requirements for this position:

·Fluent spoken and written Chinese and English

·Result oriented, self motivated, organized, can work under pressure, indepen
dently, willing to work overtime

·Hands on PC skills is required
