Job Title: Senior Security Architecture – Security Offering Specialist


Job Responsibilities
• As SPG Offering Specialist, you will be involved in key cases from end-to-end.
• You will be good communicator and problem solver who is capable of undertaking a range of responsibilities including directing security team members in selling and delivering.

Commercialize Global Solutions:
• Provide input to Geo/WW for Service Product and Solutions development, based on a deep segment market analysis and potential growth areas
• Establish Solutions business plan
• Maximize the re-use of Services Products or Solutions
• Provide subject expertise to support plan deployment
• Support pilot case engagement and delivery

Manage Solutions and/or Service Products:
• Manage the portfolio of service products and/or solutions
• Capture market/competition/ data/information to understand current and future service requirements/enhancements and feed back to global (through Geo coordination)
• Cooperate with Solution Design and Delivery for solution success
• Act as an internal and external advocate for the Service Products and Solutions
• Manage the portfolio of Service Products and Solutions, including lifecycle management
• Develop local capabilities for selling and delivering Service Products, including Direct and Alternate Channel
• Feedback to Geo/WW on market relevance so as to improve competitiveness of service products

Account for Solutions and/or Service Products success:
• Meet or exceed financial and non financial targets
• Drive the growth of existing service products and/or solutions through deployment for sale and for delivery
• Plan and drive the execution of actions to achieve specific solutions and/or service products business goals

Desired Skills:
• At least 5 years of IT security experience
• Demonstrate strong experience in leading IT security projects
• With strong IT security consulting or integration experience
• With Business development experience
• With consultative personality and be willing to take challenges and solve difficult problems
• Security technology implementation experience is mandatory
• Experience in key security companies, or large consulting firms is preferred
• CISSP , CISA, CCIE, or similar experience is preferred
• Fluent in both English and Chinese speaking/writing and presentation
• Undergraduate or above

Key measurement:
• Numbers of new solutions and/or services products GAed and success
• Pipeline
• Signing
• Revenue
• Market share
• Competitiveness of cost
