1.Key university graduated with mechanical/electrical or relevant field, master degree is a plus.
2.Good command of oral & written English.
3.Solid purchasing experience in industrial field, strong technical background is a plus.
4.Self-motivated and excellent internal/external communication skill.
5.Good command of PC and skill negotiation skill.
6.Work in Song Jiang Industrial Park
7.Strong project management ability
Responsibility
1.Source of mechanical parts in China.
2.Help define China material strategies and implement.
3.Lead major material sourcing and entire product outsourcing project in China.
4.Coordinate with regional staff, suppliers and their sub-suppliers.
5.Produce timely status reports and communicate with entire team.
6.Establish and maintain the supplier base as strategic partner in China.
7.Deliver the exact technical information from ASCO international to the suppliers.
8.Develop potential suppliers and vendors in China
9.Develop the localization program in procurement area.
10.Co-ordinate with internal procurement organization
