MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Influencing the organization to secure what is needed for successful project completion or to bring it to a timely stop to maximize return on investment.
2.Building a team and continually facilitating teamwork to allow for creativity, conflict, and progress to stated milestones.
3.Applying business judgment to balance Dow Corning capabilities with Customer needs while understanding the financial variables and competitive position.
4.Applying project management skills to plan, execute, and close-out the project by Dow Corning standards to assure timely delivery of quality products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Have experience in new product development or scale-up, with Six Sigma project leadership and a Masters of Business Administration.
2.Customer facing experiences, especially in new business development is also advantageous and may be substituted for a formal MBA.
3.Excellent English communication skills and a local language is required.
