-Preparation of marketing materials and documentation
-Set up and regular update of client database and client details
-Organizing department activities and events
-Processing financial documentation
-Preparation of documentation templates
-Preparation of regular and ad hoc reports
-Support in general administrative, marketing and operational functions as required
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree or above
-Excellent oral, listening and written English & Chinese communication skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
-Good interpersonal skills
-Team player, focused on the best outcome for all.
