Key Responsibilities
-Source, negotiate with and manage the most competitive suppliers to achieve on-time, in-full delivery and meet quality expectations of current and new projects
-Lead the cross-functional team to achieve annual localization and cost reduction goals
-Actively work with SQ/SD engineer to manage suppliers in both commercial and quality aspects
-Maintain purchasing documents and provide performance reports
-Strictly follow the code of ethics and comply with purchasing procedures
Primary requirement for candidate
-Bachelor degree in engineering or technical areas. Master degree is preferred.
-Working knowledge of QS9000
-Proven successful record in past career history, preferably in multi-national companies and in automotive industry
-Team player, self-motivator, great analytical and negotiation skills, ability of working under pressure
