职位描述：
Main Responsibilities：
1)Support regional CS team developing TSS/Concept in the aspect of color consultancy service. And support regional MT channel launch color technology.
2)Research and analysis the color service demanding, behavior, frequency/trend at the store level.
3)Assist Regional CS manager drive color selling growth in TSS/CSS shops and manage the color promoters in tech aspect.’
4)Manage the color promoters in TSS shops on color technology. Take the ownership ensure the qualified service delivery, color advice development at the store level.
5)Develop training system on colour with focus on colour theory, colour needs, colour promotion, color selling, colour trend etc. Plan and deliver the training to decoration companies, TS/CS stores and sales/CS team for their color knowledge enhancement.
6)Assist Channel Training & Support Manager on the active networking with designers, ICI channel and sales team for Designers’ Club program implementation.
7)Take a lead on the color promotion and application to build up Dulux color expert image in this industry with her/his professionalism in the art, such as color promotion, color seminar, color tools, etc.
8)Work closely with different functional teams, such as marketing, sales and technical, for Dulux colors development and promotion in the market.
Job Requirements：
1)College graduate from arts or design Department.
2)Good communication and presentation skill.
3)Presentable, approachable, helpful, influential & open personality.
4)Experience of working in decoration company or ad. Design is preferred.
