职位描述: Duties and Responsibilities
1)Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information and taking messages.
2)Perform administrative support tasks such as book airticket and hotel, send and receive Express, manage the stationery.
3)Greet persons entering company, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
4)Make purchase order and sales contracts.
5)Contact with other company or person to keep the office equipments operate effectively.
Position Specifications
1)Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese.
2)Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
3)Initiative, responsible and detail-oriented, able to work under pressure
