职位描述: Summary of Responsibilities:
1. Product and Supplier Management
1)Develop and maintain relationships with existing suppliers
2)Identify, develop, and maintain new suppliers for the assigned product portfolio
3)Develop relationships with technical support engineers at the suppliers
4)Take responsibility for data quality in IT systems (iScala, Catalog Software, Webshop and CRM)
5)Set regular meetings with suppliers to discuss products, promotions and other marketing related activities
6)Manage and control supplier KPI’s through effective supplier evaluation
7)Take responsibility for responding to customer quotations through internal information systems
8)Manage, negotiate and control supplier contracts and trading terms in line with the companies policies
2. Internal support for Industrial Distribution Team
1)Contacts regular and prospective customers to offer support with any related product “specialty” opportunities
2)Accompanies Sales Representative to call on regular customers to listen for areas of opportunity and/or improvements
3)Coordinates on-site support in conjunction with supplier technical support engineers
4)Works with customer and sales to identify and implement product life cycle improvements
5)Works with customers and sales to identify and implement value-added services
6)Audit customer processes and products to understand their needs for automation, low voltage, and other electrical MRO products, develop, maintain, and improve contacts to technical support engineers at the customer and supplier site
7)Take responsibility for product portfolio for automation, low voltage, and other electrical MRO products
8)Improves sales engineers supplier and product knowledge by holding regular quarterly training days
3. Motivate team members by:
1)Clarify expectations with all PM staff
2)Providing regular feedback
3)Addressing performance issues
4)Creating a proper working environment
4. Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts
5. Promote and support specialty training by:
1)Ensuring staff have the skills and knowledge required to do their job
2)Coaching and providing advice to customers as required
3)Supporting companies training initiatives
6. Maintain and improves industry, market and product knowledge and fulfills training requirements
7. Housekeeping and hazard reporting
8. Fulfill training requirements
9. Maintain product knowledge
Requirements:
1. Have a electrical/automation/technical background with sales/ marketing skills
2. Between the ages of 25-35
3. At least an intermediate level of oral English
