职位描述: Job Responsibility,
-Admin Assistance to sales team, including quotation, contract, customer files, etc.
-Dealing with routine correspondence, internal and external as well as establishing and maintaining administrative filing systems.
-Achieve goals and objectives as assigned by sales manager and general manager.
-Responsible for obtaining, consolidating, analyzing and reporting all relevant market data and information.
Job Requistion,
Diploma or above degree in English / Admin /Finance or related subjects
Fluent in written and oral English
Proficient MS Office skills and other related software
High interpersonal and communication skills
Team orientation but also able to work self-dependent
Hard-working, responsible personality, willing to take challenge
