3-Coordinate, follow up and file the records of complaints.
4-Making all points of contact with customer to solve any breaks.
5-Other assignment by Customer Service Supervisor.
Qualification:
1-College graduate or equivalent education background.
2-Good command of English, fluency in oral is preferred.
3-Familiar with MS office operation.
4-Patient and service-minded, caring for details.
