ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a Contractor position in Shanghai
Work with global team design and development locomotive control system and railway signal system software.
-Participate in all of the various stages of development from design brainstorms, through feature
development, all the way to fixing the critical elusive bugs under a tight release deadline...
-Design and verify the control models in MatrixX and Matlab, implement the models based on various hardware and real time Linux OS.
You should have capabilities to make the design meet requirements from compatibility, performance, reliability,
life cycle to all other quality and customer satisfaction requirements.
-You will be required to produce clear designs, excellent implementation and high quality code in C/C++.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent knowledge and 3+ experience on embeded system software development is necessary.
-Excellent knowledge and 3+ experience on following: software development on Linux OS, control model design and development on MatrixX or Matlab
-Good knowledge of computer architecture and peripheral equipment.
-Strong problem-solving and debugging skills are required
-Excellent interpersonal communications skills and good team work player
-Deeply understanding the computer structure/peripheral equipment and how they works in Linux platform.
-BS/MS Industry Automation, Computer Science or equivalent
Good bi-lingual (Chinese & English) proficiency required.
DESIRED:
Experience of diesel engine, alternator and motor control
-Development of software for large systems using a structured development process
-knowledge of six sigma
-Working in a global team
