职位描述:
    我们的客户是一家总部位于美国的国际知名律所.现招聘公司前台一名,应聘者须英文流利,应聘简历请附一寸近照.此职位提供良好的薪资福利及发展前景.工作地点位于恒隆广场.

    Responsibilities:

    1.Answer and transfer incoming and outgoing calls to the designated person in a professional and pleasant manner;
    2.Receive visitors politely and professionally;
    3.Responsible for some administrative work, such as:
    make sure the office machines and appliances are working properly;
    manage the office stationery supply;
    collect and distribute daily office correspondence, newspaper and
    faxes;
    make a record of all office mails sent out;
    4.carry out other assignments as required.


    Requirements:
    1.College and above with at least 1 year work experience.
    2.Experience with a US company will be highly preferred;
    3.Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and
    English;
    3.A well organized person with an eye for details and able to work
    independently;
    4.Willing and quick to learn,cooperative,responsible and responsive working attitude;
    5.Conversant with Microsoft Office software is essential ;
    6.Good skills in Microsoft Word;
    7.Cheerful, hardworking, open-minded personality, good team player.
