- Essential
Character Set: • Good troubleshooting ability;
• Ability to work alone & unmanaged and to work as part of a team when required.
• Highly Motivated & self disciplined;

• Excellent problem solving skills;
Essential Skills Set: • Good English language skills, written & spoken. Must be able to prepare documentation in English;
• In-depth knowledge & Experience in Microsoft desktop OS
(Windows 2000, Windows XP (home & office);
• In-depth knowledge & Experience in Microsoft server OS
(Windows 2000, Windows 2003);
• Experience solving problems in large network environments;
• Administration & troubleshooting experience in Microsoft
Active Directory;
• Experience in administering & troubleshooting in Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003;
• MCSE certification;
