- Position Description:
- Typically working as a Nokia main delegate in the working group, with responsibility of wide areas in 4G and related technologies; Attending related standard working group meetings, seeking information, writing meeting minutes; Providing technical leadership in 4G in standardisation team;
- Studying/researching 4G radio technology trend in China standardization, and contributing to the study and research; Leading 4G related technical projects or sub-projects in standardization; Defining key technical concepts and writing system specifications in standardisation projects;
- Key technical expert and contributor, IPR creator is a plus;
- Proactive communication channel within related groups in 4G technologies global widely;
- Coordinating, lobbying and persuading related parties for standardization topics, and building external/internal expert level relationships in own focus area; Participating in customer meetings, creating material for customer communications; Participating in standard meetings with other key industrial players and having direct contact with the most of the industrial partners in the standardization.
Requirements:
Technical aspects:
- Expertise in 4G technologies;
- RF research and development experience, preferred in mobile phone area;
- Familiar with standards in specification details in 4G, B3G, LTE, 3G, WiMax, WLAN, UWB, etc., broad understanding in mobile technologies, and new trends;
- Practical R&D or standarization organization experience is a plus
Education:
- Ph. D., in EE or radio/wireless engineering, from high ranking engineering universities; Master degree is considerable if excellent;

- Languages: Fluent Mandarin and English;
