EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As a developer you would take on complete product development life cycle. This
will include specification comprehension, design, implementation, unit testin
g as well as integration testing. The actual scope of the position will depend
on the experience of the applicant and it will be linked to performance.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Working knowledge of C/C++ language and OO concepts with development experie
nce
- Strong knowledge on relational database and SQL language
- Familiar with VC and .Net development environment
- Debugging & troubleshooting skill
- Good English in speaking and writing
- Good communication skills with strong team spirit
- Beneficial Skills to have: ERP application development; Business knowledge o
f accounting, sales & distribution, purchasing & inventory management; ATL bas
ed COM implementation; Web services and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA); k
nowledge and experience in software design and architecture; Understanding pro
ject management principles
