To maximize profitable business
Ensure good customer service attitude extend to customers, which include but no limited to: patience/politeness/smile/warm tone/professional behaviors.
Ensure efficient document filing
Other tasks assigned by manager.

Patient, careful and high quality detail work
Ability to work under pressure
Team player
Fluent oral and written English
Good knowledge and skills of PC
