职位描述: Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assistin office building management, incl.negotiation with office furniture supplier and inspecting the office decoration.
- Be responsible for daily office maintenance, and supervise the cleaning company.
- Negotiate with external suppliers (hotel, travel agency, stationer),and be responsible for the purchase of office commodity (TV, refrigerator, trash can, etc).
- Support all the expatriates for their permits
- Attendance and holiday’s calculation and summary
- Cooperate with external service provider for HR administration.
- Assist in recruitment related issue.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in English/French or HR related major
- Articulate, good verbal communication skills
- Good negotiation skill
- High skill level in MS Office software
- Attention to detail
- Be persuasive and proactive
- Fluent in English
- Customer orientated and service minded
