Customer Service Assistant
Vacancy:1
Location:Shanghai
Responsibilities:
1.Receiving and screening phone calls, fax and visits, hosting clients and guests;
2.Receiving and sending mails, courier, express;
3.Booking air-tickets, hotels, train tickets and other reservations;
4.Assisting managers to handle some admin issues;
5.Document preparation and filing
Requirements:
1.College degree or above
2.Passion with service and reception work
3.Experiences with reception work or service industry are much preferred
4.Good command of English on listening, speaking and writing
5.Work efficient and self-discipline; responsible, considerate
6.Good at communication and collaboration
7.Good teamwork; able to work under stress
8.Proficient with Microsoft Office Software like Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
9.Females with good manners are preferred
