职位描述: Fundamental Purpose of Job :
To conduct tests to ensure components and materials meet Payless requirements and support for new and existing materials developing projects.
Job Description
1. Perform routine testing of materials and finished shoes as determined by frequency and procedure standards. Also know how to maintain and calibrate our test equipments. 50%
2. Follow up with agents, factories and suppliers as needed to clarify testing procedures, result interpretation and qualityworks,etc. 20%
3. Trains new PSSI lab staff, factory, agent or supplier personnel on testing protocol, to ensure all tests are performed correctly. Attend the QA Academy training. 20%
4. Support material development projects. 10%

Payless ShoeSource was founded in 1956 in Topeka, Kansas. In 1961, Payless became a public company, as Volume Shoe Corporation. Today, Payless ShoeSource is the largest family footwear retailer in the Western Hemisphere. Payless operates more than 4,600 stores in all 50 U.S. states, and opened its first test store in Japan in November, 2004. Payless stores feature fashionable, quality footwear and accessories for women, men and children at affordable prices in a self-selection format.
Payless ShoeSource International Limited (Shenzhen), was founded in 2003 as Asian headquarter of Payless. Every year, PSIL has been closely working with core factories to produce about 0.2 billion pairs of shoes in China and shipped to USA for sale.
