IC Design & Verification Engineer –BJDC（北京）
Job Responsibilities: 
Responsible for IC design and verification.
Job Requirements:
- EE graduates, MS or PhD is a plus 
- At least 2-3 years of related working experience 
- Hands-on experience on RTL programming
- Hands-on experience on working with UNIX
- Hands-on experience on AMBA 
- Familiar with usage of Shell, Perl is preferred
- Familiar with usage of ARM, deep understanding of ARM architecture
- Familiar with usage of major EDA tools, Hands-on experience on basic LAB equ

ipments is a plus

System Test Engineer–BJDC（北京）
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for system level integration and testing
2. Design and perform integration tests, debug node and system issues, verify 

compliance of interface and features, develop necessary testing tool and scrip

t. 
3. Responsible for test execution, test planning, test case and test script de

velopment which specifies the scope, technical approach and schedule for integ

ration.
4. Drive quick resolution of the problems by coordinating the tests with H/W, 

S/W engineers.
Job Requirements:
1.EE/CS graduates, MS or PhD is a plus
2.At least 3+ years of related working experience, good knowledge on network s

ystem and Testing Strategy.
3.Possess strong scripting skills utilizing scripting languages such as Python

, Tcl/Tk, Perl and UNIX shell environments. 
Familiar with Labview Programming is a plus.
4.Familiar with popular test equipments and test tool such as SmartBits600, Ch

ariot, Ethereal etc. 
5.Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and bug managing skills

DSP Firmware Development Engineer嵌入式固件工程师 - 北京
Responsibilities:         
Multiple opportunities exist in Conexant’s Broadband Access Unit – Firmware 

Development. Immediate opportunities exist in our Beijing Design Center.  The 

qualified candidates will:
-Contribute to modem design and communication algorithms. 
-Contribute to design of high-speed DSL transceiver technology, based on a pro

grammable signal processing LSI. 
-Make significant contributions to design and implementation of new high speed

 transceivers. 
Qualifications/Skills: 
-MS degree or Ph.D. in electrical engineering or computer science.
-Knowledge and skills in embedded programming, protocol conversion, communicat

ion theory, communication flow control, DSP.
- Experience in Assembly, or ‘C’ languages.
-Experience with laboratory instruments (spectrum analyzer, oscilloscopes) and

 hardware  is a plus 
-Good problem analyzing and solving skill, Quick-to-learn, Good communication 

skills, Self-motivated and willing to take ownership of resolving problem.
-Excellent written/verbal communications skills in Chinese and English
Convergence Layer Engineer –BJDC（北京）
Job Responsibilities: 
Be responsible for developing convergence layer software. 
Contribute to design and implement the convergence layer of our SOC products.


Job Requirements:
- Graduates of EE, CS or related majors, MS or PhD is a plus 
- At least 2-3 years of related working experience 
- Deep understanding about the network protocols and network knowledge, like t

he VLAN, WLAN, Wireless, etc.
- Deep understanding about the convergence layer of SOC(the layer above the PH

Y and MAC layer ) 
- Embedded system development experience is preferred
- Having knowledge of embedded operating systems, like Nucleus, Linux is a plu

s
- Experience on SOC software designing is preferred

DSP Firmware Engineer –BJDC（北京）
Job Responsibilities: 
Be responsible for developing DSP firmware. Design and implement communication

 algorithms.
Job Requirements:
- Graduates of EE, MS or PhD is a plus 
- At least 2-3 years of related working experience 
- Hands-on experience of programming with Assembly and C language
- Hands-on software development experience with DSP and/or ARM
- Strong background knowledge about digital communication is a plus

Communication Firmware Engineer - 北京
Job Description:
Responsibilities include design, development, documentation, and testing of em

bedded system software on various Conexant products.
Experience Required:
Bachelors in Computer Science/Electronics Engineering plus 3-5 years experienc

e; Masters Degree in Computer Science/Electronics Engineering plus 2-3 years e

xperience.  Experience on developing real time embedded software and MIPS/ARM 

assembly is required.   High Level of proficiency in C/C++ programming is requ

ired.  Courses/knowledge/experience with network and communication protocols (

ATM, Ethernet, IP etc.), computer architecture, algorithm design, real-time sy

stems are preferred.
