Your Responsibilities:
The student will work on an assignment that is focused on a protocol 
implementation on a TI DSP.
Your Profile: 
1.  Master student in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science
2.  Experience on TI DSP development and protocol implementation.
3.  Familiar with computer architecture and interface.
4.  Experience with MPEG/AVS/AVC and DTV standard will be an advantage

1.  Master student in Computer Science
2.  Experience on player development and GUI development under windows.
3.  Experience with MPEG/AVS/H.264 and DTV standard.
4.  Familiarity with computer architecture and interface will be an 
advantage.
5.  Familiarity with CVS or ClearCase will be a plus.
