Role & Responsibilities

1. Fully understand the corporate strategy & direction, provide professional WW level business analysis to top mgmt team, offer analysis on different fields of company’s business, especially, provide analytical support for corporate strategic initiatives. E.g. ww sales diagnostic project

2. Be capable to build analytical models for the different analysis projects, using fact to prove business assumptions, provide conclusion of the analysis and give suggestions. E.g. rebuild corporate strategic financial model

3. Actively involved in corporate functional areas in business analysis matters. such as make market research to find out the driver of revenue/ profit generation for special Geo / BU / customer segment. Forward looking for market opportunities.

4. Effectively manage all kinds of analysis projects, cooperate with business analysts from geo/bu as a virtual team , effective communication for getting data and information support from geo/bu/function, be responsible for achieving analysis project results

5. Acts as an analysis technical resource for geo/bu on the analysis issues.

Requirements:

Candidates should have Master degree and 1-2 years of related experience , MBA or 1-2 experience in top consulting firm is much preferred.

Understand WW PC market and competition
At lease be familiar in one of these business fields (supply chain/ sales mgt/customer mgt/channel mgt/ marketing/ operation)
Be proficient in English (writing, speaking and listening), must be past oral English interview
Strong skill at business statistic tool (MS access, SPSS or SAS ,excel ), Master in MS power point and MS word
Very logical thinking
Good communication;
Open mind
Work autonomously
