- Job Title: Receptionist (Temp)
Job Code: NEXRE
Location: Guangzhou
Terms: 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
Attend to the PABX telephone exchange system, taking messages, forwarding calls and where necessary, screening callers. Ensure that all incoming phone calls are handled in an efficient and courteous manner.
Edit the after hours answering machine and action recorded messages.
Monitor and control security access doors, ensuring that the security alarm is disabled in the morning.
Attend courteously to visitors and ensure that proper security procedures are followed strictly.
Attend to courier dispatches by telephoning the courier and raising the necessary documentation.
Accept and sign for courier and other deliveries, enduring the same is delivered to the appropriate persons.
Help massive mailing by folding collateral into envelopes or as otherwise requested.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
Requirements:
College Graduate
Typically requires one year of related experience.
Outgoing personality. Highly organized. Pleasant, courteous and helpful
Professional appearance and presentation
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
