BU Description
Shanghai CSDL Lotus(WPLC) composite product development team was founded in Ju
ly 2004. Being part of the core development force, the team works closely with
WPLC Westford and Raleigh Lab, responsible for the design and development for
Workplace Composite Products. Workplace Composite Products add incremental va
lue on top of Workplace and Portal, by focusing on some particular business pr
oblem vs a functional component.
Now in Shanghai, we have over 50+ developers focusing on different products li
ke WBCR, WBSE, Dashboard framework, Forms, and performance analysis work as we
ll. We are looking for more professionals with rich J2EE development experienc
e and strong interest in product development to join us.
Job Responsibilities
Join various product development activities which may include, but not limit t
o
• Requirement analysis
• Product Line item development which includes
* Feasibility study and sizing
* Component Design
* Implementation including coding, unit test, and integration
• Technical writing (design doc, technical paper, presentation, etc)
• Collaboration with other teams(UCD, ID, test, etc)
Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
• Java/J2EE development experience, familiar with WSAD (or eclipse), Ra
tional development tools
• Portal & WAS development experience
• Web development (HTML, Flash, CSS, AJAX)
• Web Services
• Database (DB2 or Oracle)
• Familiar with different operation systems, such as Win, AIX and Linux
.
• Graduate in 2008 and 2009

• Innovative, strong problem solving capability
• Good teamwork spirit
Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates)
• Master/Bachelor or above degree, major in Computer Science or equival
