Objective of this position:

This position helps to facilitate all requested formalities / issues regarding FSE’s / IPD’s / Local Expat’s / Trainee’s and Intern’s living and working in China.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for FSE / IPD / Local Expats Coordination:

• Teamwork with Global Assignment WOB and Personnel Dept. AUDI (exchange of information regarding new FSEs – EPA-Process)
• Arranging Look and See Trips – Housing / Meetings / Orientation Programm
• HR Notification Notes
• Arranging 1. Working Day – Info
• Ordering and Payment of Company Cars
• SAP – Maintenance / Hiring Expats etc.
• Maintenance of FSE Overview Chart / Distribution Lists – VGC and VW AG (Manager)
• Employee relations and communication
• Provide HR policies and processes consulting
• Coordination of Housing Issues – Arranging Housing Tours (Agency) – checking contracts (Legal) – Application for Rental Payments –
• Coordination with Agency
• Maintenance of Flight Budget
• Contact Person / Provide HR Consulting to FSEs / Local Expats / IPDs

- Interns / Trainees Coordination

• Check and Distribution of Applications
• Preparation of Work Contracts
• Contact regarding information about internship
• Arranging Visa Invitation Letter
• Arranging Pick Up and Housing
• Internship Salary Payments – Trainee Taxi Cost Reimbursment
• Distribution of Information
• Contact Person for Interns

Qualification:

Native German Speaker preferred /Or fluent in German

• University Degree
• Excellent Communication skills
• Good Team player
