职位描述：
Working Location: Beijing Capital Airport
Job Descriptions:
-To handle claims with claimants, local agents, airlines as well as corporate loss adjustor.
-To analyze freight incidents to find out root causes with recommendations for improvement plan
-To be responsible for insurance issues with customers & Bax internal depts
-Work as document control person for PEK to disseminate Bax policies & procedures to related departments and keep all controlled documents in file.
-Assist in other work assignments, such as KPI reporting, customer survey, audits, etc.
Job Requirement
-Integrity, commitment, and responsibility
-Good communication & interpersonal skills, good at team work
-Language competence: good in English, both reading & writing
-Computer skills: good at using office 2000(word, excel and power point).
-Claims handling experience, knowledge on freight industry & ISO9001 will be a plus.
