- Join Astek China!
• After an international expansion in London, Madrid, Middle East, Mexico, Warsaw, and Chennai, Astek is setting up an office in Shanghai.
• We're looking for a talented and motivated Technical Leader with experience in project management in China. He/she will lead our IT projects and consultant team. The work is an interesting mix of both IT project management and recruitment in a very exciting international environment. He/she will need to have strong skills in Chinese, English and French (optional).
The candidate is expected to
• Ensure the recruitment of local consultants, to develop and maintain the appropriate environment to support each individual stream within it.
• The Technical Leader is in charge of the diagnostics and the IT implementation plan.
• The Technical Leader is responsible for IT project management.
• He/she assists the Business Development Manager during client meeting to qualify the Request for Proposals (RFP).
Qualifications
• Experience in project management in China
• Experience in developing/deploying applications
• Strong knowledge of IT project
• Working knowledge of Database programming (ORACLE,DB2 etc)
• Excellent team leader
• Ability to speak English, shanghai dialect and French (optional, we will provide English or French classes if needed)
You will have a plus if you have experience with any of the following
• Java, J2EE, C++, C#, .NET…
• Peoplesoft, Oracle, SAP…
• CRM, DW, BI, test…
• Knowledge of CakePHP
