Company profile

H&M Holdings is a Singapore based Company specialized on Sourcing products fro
m China to the Mexico market.

Our main activity is to find the suppliers/products, negotiate with suppliers,
 give orders, follow up that the production is on time, do the product quality
 inspection and handle the documents and logistics.

We focus on 3 products: autoparts, leather jackets and furniture.

We have offices in Mexico and Shanghai.

 

Job Description

I am looking for a person who will be my right hand in the company.

The role of this person will be a dynamic role, a challenging position, a comb
ination of various fields.

The main duties are:

Personal Assistant: 

Assist the General manager in clerical duties (arranging meetings, agendas, tr
anslation, clients visits, making expense reports)

Sourcing:

Find products and suppliers according to required specifications

We have a large database of suppliers, also online searching.

Attend fairs and exhibitions and collect catalogues

Follow up on orders:

Follow up on each step of the clients project (quotation of products, samples,
 production, quality inspection, shipment)

Help manage the process from sourcing to shipment of the goods

Quality control:

Visit the factories and inspect that the goods are according to specifications


Write quality inspection report

Accept / reject the products

Documentation and Logistics:

Check documents are correct

Contact logistics agent to arrange shipment

Client relationship:

Will help the clients during their stay in China

 

The qualifications of the candidate are:

100% english (oral, written and spoken)

100% mandarin (oral, written and spoken)

Talented, energetic and very active.

I am looking for a solution finder, a person who can work independently and ca
n be reliable.

Knowledge of sourcing (finding suppliers), trading (import, export, documents)
.

A person who is willing to learn and to excel in the job.
