Security Support Team Intern 


Are you ready for the challenges? Do you want to help customers to realized tr
ustworthy software security?  


In this role you are responsible for assisting security support team on the se
curity business in Greater China Region. As an intern, you will need to own mu
ltiple important tasks, which requires strong technical skill and communicatio
n skill.  


Specific Responsibilities includes: 
> Assist on security support. Security support team is supporting customers on
 the security products like ISA, WSUS, Antigen etc. 
>> Work with team to do some tests based on the products we support. 
>> Work on the contents (documents, articles) related to security products. 
>> Work with security team manager to analyze business data and team performan
ce metrics. 
 

>Work on security programs. Security program manager is working on several sec
urity programs/projects in Greater China Region. 
>>Work with security program manager to develop security courseware, which wil
l be delivered to Microsoft customers. 
>>Work with security program manager to prepare contents (documents, articles)
 related to security programs/projects. 
>>Work with security program manager to analyze business data and metrics of p
rojects. 
 

Preferred Skills: 
>Excellent English ability, including written and oral English. 
>Deep knowledge on networking and operating system. 
>Good at programming with C, C++ is preferred. 
>Good knowledge on security is preferred. 
>Excellent communication and efficient working capabilities, can collaborate w
ith team on multiple tasks. Be able to drive for the results of the tasks.

Qualifications: 
A candidate needs to meet the following qualifications: 
>Year 3 under-graduated students, or Year 2 graduated students. 
>In summer holidays, commit to be available with at least 4 days a week; when 
the semester starts, commit to be available at least 2.5 days a week.
