Job description:
1.	Support various requirements from semiconductor or flat panel display custo

mers based on Keithley’s products (automatic/manual parametric tester, and st

and-alone SourceMeter). The support includes, but is not limited to:
a)	Hardware: 
i.	Installation, assembly, disassembly and transportation
ii.	Training of basic and advanced applications
iii.	Troubleshooting of anomalies
iv.	Spare parts management
v.	PM and calibration
b)	Software:
i.	Installation and debugging
ii.	Training of basic and advanced applications
iii.	Troubleshooting of anomalies
iv.	Continuous improvement with customers by project, on single/integrated app

lications. For example, algorithm optimization and user interface development.


2.	Co-work with sales engineers on pre-sales/post-sales service management:
a)	Product and application presentation, technically
b)	Maintain customer satisfaction to ensure inputs for sales
c)	Resource arrangement for service and application, under coordination of sal

es engineers
d)	Balance customer expectation
e)	Review and report periodically of account service status
3.	Further contributions as company’s internal resource:
a)	Go deep in certain territories and develop toward internal expert
b)	Transfer voices from customers/users to marketing and sales team
c)	Creative ideas on products or applications are greatly appreciated
d)	Summarize experiences always and share internally often

Job requirements:
1.	Bachelor or master on:
a)	Software engineering or programming related
b)	Physics or semiconductor related
c)	Measurement or instrument related
2.	Practical experience on 1) programming or semiconductor industry, 2) electr

onic parametric testers (like HP 4156/4072/4284, Keithley 4200/S600/2400/2600,

 etc.) is preferred
3.	Ownership of tasks/projects
4.	Positive member for team’s chemistry 
5.	Good communication skill, with customer and colleagues
6.	Systematic and methodic
7.	Good self-management in integrity and efficiency
8.	Fluent in written and spoken English
9.	Convenient and willing to travel within Mainland
