1  Sales Team Report(Central and Wholesale)—These report are directly to NSM (national sales manager)                                                               70%

a) Weekly Report
    1 Weekly sale through analysis,
       2 Prepare part of Central, consolidate Wholesale and retail
    3 Weekly sale through detail report                                By Unit
    4 Special case: New collection tracking etc.
    5 Others
b) Monthly Report
    1 Weekly sale through detail report                                By value
    2 Weekly Sale through detail report for CEO & Brand Manager(China)
    3 STS report
    4 Dealer Stock vs POS Sell In report
    5 Top Sales (Swatch Top 20, FF, Bijoux Top 10)
    6 Fu Wa Olympic sale through report
    7 B2B sale report (Direct sale report)
    8 Competitor sales report
    9 Others
c) 2008 Olympic Game

2  IPO—Doing these work should cooperate with Finance and Controlling 
            Department    10%
    1 Prepare furniture payment
    2 Follow till pass IPO and invoice to Finance
    3 Tracking 2006 accrual payment

3  Dealer regular material apply—Doing these work should cooperate with
    Marketing     15%
    1 Consolidate central dealer’s demand to marketing
    2 Consolidate central seasonal material’s allocation to Office Datian or WGQ to
          send out
    3 Tracking whether dealer get these material; Marketing will delivery these
          material ending of each month

4  Office Administration—Doing these work should cooperate with Admin
    Department     5%
    1 Document filing
    2 Booking stationary
    3 Others

Requirement:
1 Sensitive to figure (very important)—so please indicate your related courses score such as math
2 Be familiar with Excel  —because almost work are done by excel, you should handle the basic Function well, such as sorting, subtotal, filter even COUNTIF and
Vlookup
3 Be patient to your work!— because OT is very often, so you should prepare yourself for the Tough Overtime,usually work until 8 or 9 p.m. every working day.
So please carefully arrange your time, you will have less time to
Accompany to your GF ,BF or parents in workday. But there is no
necessary to work in weekends
4 Can work under pressure---Except daily work I have described before, there are many special  Case you should follow up, always theses case are time limited,
