职位描述：
You will provide after sale in-house technical support and service repairs for all our tests measurements instruments to our customers and distributors for the China Region. You will be expected to quickly identify and resolve service and technical issues, minimizing end-user dissatisfaction. Traveling in the China Region is also required for service support and system installation works.
Requirements：（北京）
•At least an Optical/Electronic/Telecommunication Bachelor Degree.
•Customer-oriented, responsible and take ownership of work.
•Hand on experience in repair of optical/ telecommunication/ electronic test equipments.
•Experience in after-sale in-house technical support and in manufacturer/ distributor/ user relationship will be an advantage.
•Pro-active and able to work independently and yet a team player.
•Didactical skills to allow for excellent customer training.
•Good analytical capability and creativity.
•Good computer skills
