职位描述：
Key Accountabilities:
1.Acts as a key contact to answer customers' inquiries and complaints;
2.Cooperates with other teams to handle the clients' complaints;
3.Responsible for order process;
4.Responsible for products delivery.
Requirements:
-College degree or above, majored in business or relevant subject;
-Passed CET Band 6, fluent in Oral English;
-Strong communication skills;
-Be able to work under pressure;
