职位描述: Main Responsibilities:
-Execution of projects covering below:
-General management consulting,comprising
-Process and organization mgmt.(carve-out /post-merger integration, business process re-engineering)
-Strategy mgmt. (strategy detailing and implementation / balanced score card)
-Performance mgmt. (value enhancement, cost reduction, benchmarking)
-General consulting services (project mgmt.,project office, workshop moderation, and coaching)
-Assuring delivery of project results (deliverables) within proposed time frame and budget
-Contribution to the global BC knowledge base and improvement of methodology expertise
-Preparation of project proposals
-Acquisition (scouting) of consulting projects
Qualifications & Experience:
-Master degree in science, engineering, or economics (as the case may be law) with above average examination marks
-Double qualification, one of the above plus economics (MBA) is an advantage
-Working experience/Internships with approved success in relevant business (chemical/pharmaceutical industries, consulting firms) is preferred
-Good skills in organization and data processing; familiar with MS Office (incl.data bases)
-Fluent in English and Mandarin is an advantage
-Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills; Power of persuasion
-Ability to take the initiative and goal-oriented working style
-Ability to argue based on facts, frank but decent in front of top-management
-Open-minded for intercultural cooperation and good interpersonal relationship
-Superior communication skills (including in writing and presentation)
-Commitment to provide support on the operative level
