Job Responsibilities:
Perform Life Cycle Assessment for services, manufacturing processes and products with LCA software. (Calculate impact of production, products (including energy use and the extraction of raw materials used in manufacture), use phase (which may cause pollution and other hazards) and its disposal (potential for recycling, and whether waste causes pollution).
Consult customer in improving their manufacturing processes and or product to reduce environmental impacts
Looking at the management structure of customers to make sure that the commitment, resources, training and allocation of responsibilities exists to put an environmental management system in place
Consult the customer in all questions regarding environmental legislation such as RoHS/ WEEE, EuP.
Job Requirements:
- At least master degree or doctor degree, in technical field (Environmental Engineering, Electric Engineering, Industry Automation or related field)
- Experience in LCA preferred
- Sound knowledge in environmental areas such as water pollution, air and land contamination, environmental impact assessment, environmental audit, waste management, environmental policy, ecological/land management, noise and vibration measurement and environmental management.
- Good command in spoke/written English
- Presentable, good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
- Ability to work under pressure
- Motivation to continually learn and take on added responsibilities and new challenges
- Willingness to take ownership of projects or customers
- Willing to travel
