职位描述: Main Responsibility:
·Organize and maintain the filing system of the department; this includes: key presentations to clients and marketing materials (brochures, etc.)
·Organize all trips and reservations for members of the whole department
·Coordinate the use of company vehicles, as dictated by his/her supervisors
·Participates in the production of correspondences, proposals and presentations, including support services to meet project timelines (typing, binding, etc.)
·Produces daily press review for the department
Main Requirements:
·Must have excellent English skills (oral and written) and good presentation skills
·Sense of initiative, flexibility and patience
·Previous secretarial and/or administrative experience
·Strong skills required with the use of a PC (Internet + Word + Powerpoint + Excel)
