职位描述: Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1.Draft proposals, presentations, contracts, memos;Handle minutes, reports & organize sales files, customers records, etc.
2. Coordinate with different Dept.& office to Solve the problem independently
3.Communication to customers (such as hosting occasional clients' visits)
4.Provide administration assistant to Office Manager
Requirement
1.Female,College or above. Good command of Chinese & English both in Written & Spoken
2.Be proficient in MS office,Email & Internet Searching. Skill in Photoshop or CorelDraw will be a premium
3.With International Trade background or related experience will be an advantage
